Your experience doesn't start on the wedding day, but (pretty much) from the very beginning of your wedding planning journey.

When you hire me, I become more than your photographer: I become your advisor, your guide, your trusted advocate, your biggest cheerleader and your friend.

Our work together starts before the wedding with my complimentary pre-wedding session.

This is a crucial part of my process, and can be anywhere within the Gloucestershire and Cotswolds area – a place that really resonates with you.

(Think your favourite woodland walk, your first home together, a great spot on the beach.)

With a mix of naturally captured moments to other more posed shots, my goal is to always reflect your emotions and nature of your relationship in the most relaxed and honest way possible.

This session lets us get to know each other, gives you practice in front of the camera together and learn tricks on how to look and feel confident on your wedding day.

We explore what works for you, what makes you feel at ease when being photographed, and gives you an idea of what to expect on your wedding day.

No need to worry – this is where my expertise shines. I have extensive experience of working with clients who may be a little shy or uncomfortable having their photos taken.

During our pre-wedding session, I'll teach you the art of posing naturally in a relaxed environment, ensuring you not only look your best but also gain confidence in front of

the camera for your wedding and other future photography.

My relaxed, warm approach to wedding photography means you never have to feel like you need to perform or be someone you’re not on your wedding day.

Like every photographer my style evolves with every wedding or session I do, but at its core is always relaxed and natural-looking imagery, whether these are candid shots or beautifully posed portraits.

My editing style embraces warm and inviting tones, creating an intimate, joyful and cosy ambiance without being overly enhanced or filtered. I believe in bringing out the richness of colours and tones, breathing life and vibrancy into your timeless memories.

While I appreciate the classic elegance of black and white photos, I typically prefer the full-colour versions that truly capture the emotions and atmosphere of the moment – but don't worry, some B&Ws will always make their way in on occasion, especially when the moment calls for it.

Creating an album shouldn’t feel overwhelming. I work closely with you through a fully guided design process - taking the stress out of curating your favourite images. I’ll provide an initial expert layout tailored to tell the true story of your day, and together, we’ll refine the materials, tones, and details until it perfectly aligns with your vision.

The result? A timeless piece of art that looks right at home on your coffee table and can be passed down for generations.

So I'll be there for you from start to finish: attentively listening to your thoughts and ideas, providing valuable advice and guidance whenever needed, sharing my knowledge of weddings and other suppliers.

My goal is to create an inclusive, relaxed and nurturing environment, allowing you to shine, exude confidence, and be your best true self in front of the camera. And let me tell you, there's something truly special and meaningful when you see your authentic self captured in an image.

On your wedding day the process is very similar to the first session. I provide a mixture of candid shots taken as the day unfolds, posed group photos that family always wants, and a set of romantic wedding portraits, all capturing the essence of your day.

So all you need to do is relax, be present and enjoy your day.

When the party is over, I always send little previews soon after the wedding – because if you're anything like me it will feel like torture to wait for the full gallery!

And once you get the full final gallery I help you decide how to enjoy your memories, whether it's creating beautiful albums or stunning prints to display and enjoy for the rest of your life.
